UK Shipping
All orders placed Monday - Saturday before 1pm we will attempt to have it dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm may be dispatched the following day.
FREE UK Tracked 48hr on all orders over £65.00
Tracked Delivery 48hr 2-3 days £3.99
Tracked Delivery 24hr 1-2 days £5.99
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (next day) £8.99
Please note: We use Royal Mail to send items. Although delays are rare, these may occur & are out of our control.
All orders placed on a Sunday/Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next business day.
International Shipping
All orders made outside of the UK may be liable to pay import Tax and VAT. You as the customer must pay this directly to the delivery company. If you refuse to accept your delivery & the order is returned to us, all outstanding fees & delivery fee’s will be taken out of your refund. We don’t accept exchanges on international orders & any items that require returning, the custom tax we get charged will be taken out of your refund.
Returns
Returns Policy
We’re confident you’ll love your new swimwear, but if for any reason you’d like to make a return or exchange, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order using the Contact Us link, and we’ll guide you through the returns process.
Once your return request has been approved, items must be returned within 14 days. Returns received after this time will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We accept returns only on unworn swimwear that is:
- In its original condition
- With tags and hygiene sticker intact
- Free from damage or signs of wear
Please note:
- Final Sale items are non-returnable
- The cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a Royal Mail tracked service, as Match Me Swimwear cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
We aim to respond to all return requests within 24 hours.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your swimwear, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order using the Contact Us link. We will arrange the exchange with you, subject to size availability.
We accept exchanges on unworn swimwear that is:
- In its original condition
- With tags and hygiene sticker intact
- Free from damage or signs of wear
