UK Shipping - All orders placed Monday - Saturday before 1pm we will attempt to have it dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm may be dispatched the following day.

Please note: We use EVRI to send items. Although delays are rare, these may occur & are out of our control. 

All orders placed on a Sunday/Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders made outside of the UK may be liable to pay import Tax and VAT. You as the customer must pay this directly to the delivery company. If you refuse to accept your delivery & the order is returned to us, all outstanding fees & delivery fee’s will be taken out of your refund. We don’t accept exchanges on international orders & any items that require returning, the custom tax we get charged will be taken out of your refund.

RETURNS 

We have full confidence that you will be satisfied with your items but if for any reason you need to return. Please use the Contact Us link within 14 days from the day items received & we can inform you of the returns process. 
If item isn’t returned to us within 14 days after being contacted this will not be eligible for a return.
We will only accept returns on our swimwear providing the item is unworn, not damaged, with hygiene attachment & still with tags intact.
Any Final Sale swimwear bought cannot be returned!

EXCHANGES 

If you would like to exchange your swimwear. Please use the Contact Us link within 14 days from the day items received and we will arrange this with you if the size is available. We only accept exchanges on our swimwear providing the item is unworn, with hygiene attachment & still with tags intact. 

Please Note for Returns/Exchanges - There should be no signs of perfume, fake tan, makeup or any other product/smells. If your item shows signs of being worn this will be sent back to you and shipping will be non refundable.

 

Cost of postage for Returns/Exchanges will be the sole responsibility of the customer, we recommend tracked returns as Match Me Swimwear will not be responsible for any items lost in transit.
